This time, the topic of the German-Japanese Business Forum will be "The challenge of Industry 4.0 - how will medium-sized companies manage change?"

What is Artificial Intelligence? How can I use it sensibly in my company? And what added value does that bring? These questions are causing German and Japanese SMEs to perish. The possible increase in efficiency and cost savings through automation and digitization of processes counteract the initially high investment costs. Also questions of data security are to be considered.

German and Japanese experts show how small and medium-sized enterprises can use KI-based solutions profitably, for example in logistics, quality testing, production, customer service or product innovation, as part of the 14th German-Japanese Business Forum.

To kick off the event, Deutsche Messe will be offering interested participants a tour of exhibitors on the subject of digitalisation in small and medium-sized businesses.
