Yasushi Iwamatsu

Yasushi Iwamatsu is Special Advisor for ECOS in Japan. He has been the manager of the Japan office of ECOS in Tokyo from 2009 to 2020.

In 1971 he graduated in economics from Seikei University. He then worked in various departments of Mitsubishi Corporation, Energy Group, until 2009, with operations in France, Venezuela and Kuwait.

Yasushi Iwamatsu acquired particular expertise in advising and supporting German companies in the development of the Japanese business as well as interim management for German companies in Japan; furthermore, in the field of environmental technology (environmental protection, renewable energies, recycling, etc.) as well as communication with German and Japanese companies, ministries associations and other institutions.
