Noah Brelage
Noah Brelage has been employed as a project assistant at ECOS Consult since May 2024.
Between 2019 and 2024, he completed his Bachelor's degree in Socio-Cultural Japanese Studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. During his studies, he spent two semesters abroad at the University of Tokyo. He specialized in Japan's role in international relations in the context of the climate crisis and the circular economy in Japan.
Outside of his studies, between November 2023 and March 2024, he gained practical experience in international relations and climate change through a 5-month internship in the Executive Engagement and Support Unit of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, or UNFCCC for short, the leading organization on climate change in the United Nations. Part of the internship was supporting work for COP28.
Noah is fluent in German and English and on intermediate Level in Japanese.
